Stuck On You

Stuck On You

I break my vow today

That silent pact
I'd made with myself
In no word or act
I'd bare that side
Bereft of all tact
That is stuck on you

Today ... tonight
I see you again
In that old light
My pen rights itself
Sheds its plight
That is stuck on you

I rage to hold your face
Trace the lines, pinch the lobe
And the loop where it begins
And then all the way
To that cute chin
While I playfully thumb
Your lips to my smile

A hand finds its way
To your waist
That feels so small
Within my hold
And draws you closer
Till I feel that touch
As your breasts push
Gently against my chest

I gasp and rest my lips
On your quivering ones
Let it laze for a while
And then the nape
And the collar
My domains these
Respond to me
In their own little way

I make my way down
Holding you against me
Arching back your neck
I rest my face, recollect
On your breasts and cry
In memory of the night
When you made me feel
Everything that was nothing

I break my vow today
To let it all out
All of me
That is stuck on you
